“Anna came to our house for E’s initial assessment and report. E loved her, she had made a real effort tailoring the session to cater for E’s needs and enjoyment, including what toys and items she bought. You could see she had really listened to everything I had said. They got on really well and I kind of left them to it and sat in the other room so they could get to know each other. I could hear it all and Anna was so genuine, her laughter was real, she didn’t talk to him like he couldn’t hear, she really listened to him and didn’t sound patronising. She was fantastic at reading him and quickly changing what she was doing to keep his focus. I couldn’t have been happier. Anna has since written her report which was really thorough and a good reflection of E and the next steps for him with SLT at school”
